Line Up is an industry leading international recruitment and resource management company – specialising in recruitment for the aviation sector.
From pilots and engineers to ground handling and CEOs – recruitment delivered by consultants who have a wealth of cross-industry experience and knowledge.
Currently going through a period of growth as the aviation industry begins to recover after the imposed lockdown. Line Up needed a more robust and solution to drive the business forward.
The Line Up team felt they can get more from the site – with it not just delivering awareness of jobs to candidates and then facilitating an application – but also providing a platform for engagement with prospective clients in order to deliver new business.
We had a tight deadline to bring their project to life, so we set out to immediately understand exactly what we needed to do and make it happen.
The result was a beautiful, custom-built site that has all of the bells and whistles the guys at Line Up needed. We integrated the site with Bull Horn Recruitment software, a great tool that helps offer customers live job listings and allows them to apply directly from the website. Conversions have increased and so have enquires as a result.
Full of new content and featuring a look and feel that firmly represents the prestige, we are so happy with the final result. More importantly, so was the client.
