  • Maintain regular communication to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
  • Foster long-term relationships, driving client retention and identifying opportunities to expand services.

Strategic Planning

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns that deliver against client objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams — creative, strategy, development, and paid media — to ensure excellence in execution.
  • Anticipate market trends and provide proactive recommendations to clients.

Media Management

  • Partner with the media team to plan, buy, and optimise campaigns across social, search, display, and emerging platforms.
  • Analyse performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROI) to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.
  • Provide clients with clear media recommendations, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth strategies.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, media innovations, and cultural trends to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.

Problem Resolution

  • Anticipate and identify potential challenges in campaigns or client relationships.
  • Implement timely and effective solutions to resolve issues while maintaining client confidence.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Deliver regular performance reviews and reports, translating campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on analysis of trends, performance, and market context.

Qualities and Skills

  • Proven experience in account management, client services, or a related role in a marketing/advertising agency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategy, campaign management, and performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with media planning/buying (social, search, display) a strong advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a solutions-first mindset.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management.
  • Ideally, an interest in right-leaning politics and a passion for engaging with the cultural and political shifts prevailing in the West.
